• (+) Perfectly located, nice neighbourhood,just a few mints walk to bus and metro station;the apartment has been very nicely decorated, modern design,I liked it after first glance ,there are everything you need for a holiday,full fitted kitchen,washing machine,fridge/freezer, high speed internet,and very nice host,he picked us up from airport and droped us at train station with out extra change,actually he is the host we've met during two months holiday around EU,the apartment is better than on the vebsit .would highly recommended. 公寓地理位置非常好，非常安静的居民地区，公共汽车和地铁只有几分钟的步行距离，公寓具有非常现代的装修，里面有所有你需要的东西，完整的厨房设施，洗衣机,冰箱，高速的网络，还有一位很好的主人，他免费从机场把我们接到公寓，退房时又把我们送到火车站，他是我们在欧洲旅行近2月遇到的最好的公寓主人，强烈推荐这所公寓!

• (+) It is a new, clean, and modern style apartment, that includes all the furniture you need to make you feel like you are staying at home. The owner is very friendly and kindness. He came and picked me up when I arrived at the airport. Although I had to leave early in the morning (2AM) he was willing to come, let me check out, and take me to the airport. It is a wonderfull support. I just want to send a million thanks to him for his kindness and friendliness.

• (+) Quartier résidentiel calme, Situé à qqs pas du Campo Pequeno par lequel passent les transports en commun - bus, métro, bus touristiques,station de taxis - un petit supermarché bien fourni en produits frais et grand stand de poissonnerie. Restaurants de quartier agréables et cuisine familiale. La terrasse fermée sur une "cour intérieure environnant les immeubles " donne l'impression de faire partie des résidents du quartier

• (-) Les seuls petits désagréments proviennent de l'immeuble voisin : -bruits de talon sur le plancher (appart bien isolé phoniquement) -odeurs de cuisine si la fenêtre de la sdb reste ouverte ! - sdb bien équipée mais exiguë
